I'm cracking down on my weight issue.
The summary to week 1 is that I worked out 6/7 days this week for at least an hour. I took classes like kickboxing, zumba, and step.
My starting weight was 160 about a week ago. I lost half a pound for my weigh in today. Not what I was hoping for... but I'll take what I can get. During winter break I think I gained 3 pounds and 3 weeks later I lost those 3 pounds by doing nothing!
My diet has been pretty good. I feel good about what I eat and how I feel after.
Goal for this coming week- I might do two classes a day. We'll see how that goes. Eating better, stretching my calves MORE, drink lots of water.
